CREATURES OF HABIT

We have evolved to move, our culture has not. The typical western lifestyle could not be more at odds with our biology.

Jarring alarms pump adrenaline into our mornings. Days are spent hunched like gargoyles, frozen to our chairs. Our evenings pulse with sun-like flashes from each episode, email, game level or light bulb as we squeeze more and more into our free time. 

Our routines are often out of sync with our biological rhythms, but do they have to be ?
